Reaching out is often the hardest part, and you do not need to have the words sorted out first. A consultation is 15 to 30 minutes, it costs nothing, and you are not committing to anything by having one. It is a chance to ask your questions and see whether we are a good fit.

We start with a free consultation of 15 to 30 minutes by video. You can ask whatever you need to ask, and I will tell you honestly whether I think I am the right person for what you are carrying. If we both feel it is a fit, we book a first session. If I am not the right fit, I will point you towards someone who is.

Both. Sessions are available online to anyone in Ontario, and in person at my office on Owen Street in Barrie. Some people do a mix of the two, and some prefer to walk outdoors along the waterfront rather than sit in a room. We decide together, and you can change your mind later.

Individual sessions are $165 for 50 minutes. Couples sessions are $200 for 60 minutes. Fees for the insomnia program and the insomnia group are listed on their service pages.
